Who we are
JPB Tech Solution Limited (“JPB”, “we”) is a company registered in Ireland, company number 721636, with its registered office at 51 Bracken Road, Sandyford, Dublin 18, D18 CV48, Ireland. What we collect and why
Contact form. Name, work email, organisation, country or region, the subject of your enquiry and your message. We use this to respond to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our business, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Business case application. Company details, the information you provide about your business, any document you attach, and the name, role, email and telephone number of the contact person. We use this to assess a possible partnership or investment and to communicate with you about it. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in evaluating partners.
Careers. If you contact us about a role, we use the information you send to consider your application. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to operate and secure the site. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site.
Who we share it with
Messages sent through our forms are delivered to us by an email delivery provider, and the site is hosted by a cloud hosting provider. Both act as processors under contract with us. Where an enquiry concerns one of the companies in the group, we may pass it to that company so it can respond. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers are protected by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards, normally no more than two years. Business case applications are kept while the application is under consideration and, if no partnership follows, for no more than two years. Career enquiries are kept for no more than twelve months unless you ask us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability where applicable. To exercise these rights, email accounts@jpbtechsolutions.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
